Hunnt AI relies on generating content using artificial intelligence through our platform within a production line and multiple stages. The platform aims to produce high-quality articles that are suitable for the nature of the client’s business by taking ("reasonable measures"). This process includes, without limitation, analyzing the keywords and topics selected by the client, analyzing trending topics in the market, analyzing competitors and their content, then building an initial content plan, followed by producing drafts in multiple stages and conducting review procedures to ensure language quality and reduce various errors as much as possible, while considering linguistic and cultural context, setting an appropriate article length for the intended purpose, then refining the content in a more human-like style with a natural editorial fingerprint, generating or suggesting suitable images for the article, and performing final review before the content is ready.

The Company confirms that it takes ("reasonable measures") to provide content that appears as human as possible, is free from linguistic errors, and reduces different types of errors; however, the produced content remains AI-generated content and may include variations in accuracy or wording.

Articles generated via Hunnt AI are delivered to the client’s website (WordPress or any other development environment) once an effective connection is established between the two systems and the client uses the correct License Key. After the client submits a request to generate articles, the platform provides automated publishing and scheduling suggestions (Auto Scheduling Suggestions) so that the first article is published or scheduled for publishing within forty-eight (48) hours from the time of the request, unless the client modifies the schedule or selects different settings from within their website dashboard.

If the service is used under the Agency Program, the Agency acknowledges that it is responsible for defining and implementing the publishing and scheduling policy when requesting article generation, whether scheduling is performed manually or in a semi-automated manner, on behalf of the end client.

The client acknowledges that they have full authority to manage the content within their website, including editing or deleting articles, changing images, updating text, and modifying scheduling settings and publication dates as they see fit. The client also acknowledges that their full responsibility includes reviewing the content before publishing and verifying the correctness and suitability of the information for their website policies, business requirements, and any applicable legal and regulatory obligations. The Company shall not be liable for any claims, errors, or consequences resulting from publishing content without sufficient verification by the client.

The client further undertakes to provide Hunnt AI with accurate, correct, and complete information about their website and business, including, without limitation, the website description, niche, target audience, language or region, and any other guiding data requested by the platform. The client acknowledges that any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in these inputs may result in content that is less suitable or less accurate, or that may not clearly reflect the client’s business as intended. Providing competitor URLs within the same niche is considered an important input to improve relevance and analysis; therefore, failure to provide such URLs or providing irrelevant competitor URLs may affect the quality of the outputs.

Finally, the client remains responsible for any changes or modifications made within their own dashboard, including, without limitation, changing publication dates, editing text, deleting sections, and changing images, titles, or tags, and the platform shall not be liable for outcomes resulting from such changes.
